Jonathan Kennedy

Jonathan graduated from DCU with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Athletic Therapy and Training. He is a Certified athletic therapist and a member of Athletic Rehabilitation Therapy Ireland (ARTI). As an athletic therapist he specializes in the management of musculoskeletal injuries. Jonathan has experience working in the UK with Southampton FC academy. It was here that he used soft tissue and strength and conditioning skills for the rehab of elite athletes. In Ireland he has worked in Ewell Medical leading strength and conditioning classes for people with chronic conditions.

Jonathan continues to work with multiple local sports teams providing soft tissue massage and pitch side care. His special interests include musculoskeletal injury in particular acute lower limb injury and orthopedic rehabilitation. Jonathan loves working with patients with osteoarthritis or those who have recently undergone joint replacement surgery. He combines his passion for sport and strength and conditioning to help everyone achieve their health and fitness goals.
